How the Platform Works

Stilus Campaign Engine acts as the decision layer between your service platform and your promotional strategies. It evaluates service events, determines applicable incentives and returns campaign decisions instantly.

Step-1: Receive Event

Service platforms trigger events for campaign evaluation through real-time events during the service lifecycle. These events allow the Stilus Campaign Engine to determine whether an incentive should be offered before, during or after a service interaction.

Step-2: Evaluate Campaigns

Once a service event is received, the Stilus Campaign Engine evaluates all active campaigns in real time.
The platform analyzes the event context and determines which incentives are applicable based on predefined campaign conditions.

Step-3: Return Campaign Decision

After evaluating all eligible campaigns, the Stilus Campaign Engine returns the final incentive decision to the service platform through a real-time response.This response contains the outcome of the campaign evaluation, indicating whether an incentive should be applied and providing the necessary parameters for the platform to process the promotion.

Step-4: Apply Incentive

Once the campaign decision is returned, the service platform applies the incentive as part of the transaction processing or billing workflow. The platform uses the decision parameters provided by the Stilus Campaign Engine—such as discount type, campaign identifier or incentive value—to calculate the final amount to be charged or presented to the user.
